The afternoon of March 23, 2010, Tramoc had a meeting with The World Bank delegation, which was leaded by Mr. Reindert Westra – Project Director

In the meeting, there were also the representatives of Hanoi Urban Transport Development Project Management Unit (HUTDPMU) and Agence Française de Développement (AFD).

The meeting is about the consultative service of Institutional strengthening of Tramoc and specially the technical assistance for creation of PTA. Thereby WB hopes Hanoi will soon have the Public Transport Authority (PTA) and Tramoc will positively prepare the plans to create the PTA.
