Hanoi People's Committee agreed for Transerco and Hanel ( sole proprietorship) to work on the idea of investing on the automatic ticket merchant (Q-ticket) system in collobration with GPS by socilization ( 100% captial of business partnership). This idea is supposed to replace the traditional paper ticket that is used at the moment.

  Thus, Hanoi Transerco and Hanel is responsible for linking the related department, Department of tranportation, Department of sicence and technology, Department of information and communication and other departments, registrars  to be directed on preparing the project according to  the required investment and legitimate rules

  Department of tranportation confirmed that, working on this automatic ticket system (Q-ticket) and GPS for public transportation companies will make be economically benefits and reduce on the remittance and issusing fees of the traditional tickets together with the required labor force in the buses. In the future, if we transfer to other public transportation, this system will also be easier to be put in for our people who use public transportation, this also help to make the process of buying ticket easier.

  Hanoi People's Committee also assigned Hanoi Authority for Department of planning and investement,  departerment of science techcology ......  and other related departments to direct Hanoi Transerco and Hanel to develop the project in the right and legitimate process.

  According to Departement of transportation Hanoi, in the upcoming years,  bus is still the main public transportation so we need  to improve the ticket system so that it can be more mordern and flexible for users - passengers.
