May 30, .Union of Hanoi Transport Sector organized 2013 Sports Festival at Sport Hadong Center, on ocassion of 123 years Ho Chi Minh’s birthday (May 19th 1890 – May 19th 2013), welcomed XI Vietnam .Union Congress, respond Workers’ month in 2013.
Attending Mr. Pham Van - Head-Office of Hanoi Labor Federation, Mr. Nguyen Van Toan - Deputy Chairman of the Trade .Union of Transport Vietnam, Ms. Dao Lan Anh, President of Hanoi Transport Sector .Unions , Representing of Labor Federation Committee, Labor .Union districts, sectors union, the Boards of Vietnam Transport, workers and employees in Transport Sector joined and cheered.
More 500 athletes were attending Hanoi Transport Sector Sports Festival who are officials, employees and workers from 22 units participated in three sports: tug, badminton, table tennis. Ms. Dao Lan Anh - President of Hanoi Transport sector .Union - Chief Organizer of Festival stressed that "Health for producing, good - working, sports push back drugs and social evils " is action slogan.
After one competed day, Hanoi Urban Public Transport Management and Operation Centre with more than 20 participated athletes, has won a silver medal in badminton and consolation prizes in the tug for male.
Hanoi Transport Sector Sports Festival is organized in maintained one time per two years, responds to call for "all people train themselves follow the example of Uncle Ho - Health to build and protect the country", and is opportunity for officials, employees and workers to exchange, learning and experience exchange, solidarity and cooperation between units, contributing to improving the health, wisdom, completing the managing state and producing business tasks.
