Follow the direction of the Director of Hanoi urban Transport Management and Operation Centre, Trade -Union and Youth -Union coordinated planning and developing the campaign: Friday for Bus - Go to work by bus every Friday.

   Officials are encouraged to use public transport especially by buses, to reduce personal vehicles, advocacy to raise awareness of  the staffs both on the road and on the public transport means.

   At the same time, through directly using bus, each staff  also responsible for reflecting the full and timely issues about quality of bus services to overcome the shortcomings and improve the State management in the public transport field. 

   According to the plan, every Friday (beginning on 14.10.2011), all officers, employees and contract workers do not use cars, motorcycles, just only go to work by bus or bicycle. To work with other agencies everybody use office car or bus, do not use any  personal vehicles. It also encourages using bus not only on Friday.

   After a bus trip, each staff on duty is a supervisor to gather information on the services of each trip to the table (a general sample for each person which is collected monthly).

   Beside that, to encourage and push up campaign, before the 5^th of month, Centre held the lucky draw under the serri trip tickets, monthly tickets, and by people on noticeboard to reward who use bus.
