August 1st, the Ministry of Transport started the Package 1, the Project to connect Noi Bai international airport to Nhat Tan bridge, this is an important project, will be the gateway to the thousand years of culture capital. Project Management Unit 85 represents the investor, the package is undertaking to construct by Cienco 4.

  

   July 6^th 2011, the Ministry of Transport issued Decision No 1478/QD-BGTVT, approved the package result and decided the contractor:

  Constructing road and constructions section Km 0+00 – Km 1+ 539,48 under the Project connect Noi Bai airport to Nhat Tan bridge for Cienco 4 with 277,710,202 YEN and 664,189,790 VND funded by JICA loans (Japan) and domestic counterpart fund; contract form is unit price contract and progress time in 870 days.
