It is one of the direct content of Hanoi People's Committee with the project to renovate, upgrade and expand the Highway 32 from Cau Dien to Nhon.

Deputy Chief of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Van Thinh, said that, although Hanoi Department of Transportation has directed the contractor to accelerate, enhance human and material resources, solve problems, compare to progress too slowly with goal of Hanoi People's Committee. 

  Therefore, Hanoi Department of Transportation was asked to accelerate the contractor, clean-up the waste and excess material wherever finished to construct, to ensure traffic within traffic engineering to entire route before July 30^th 2011. 

  In addition, we need to articulate between technical infrastructure and drainage with other related projects to ensure drainage of the agencies, units and people.  It is designed and being constructed 34 / 41 places, Hanoi People's Committee has agreed both design and construct with 7 remaining places, to ensure technical safety and efficiency of investment.
